Our flank steaks are lean, flavorful, and perfect for marinating, grilling, or pan-searing. Cut from the abdominal muscles, this steak delivers bold beefy flavor with a satisfying texture that’s ideal for fajitas, stir-fries, sandwiches, or sliced thin for salads and bowls.
All of our beef is raised with care on our family farm by Jodie Moore and her three sons. Our cattle are grass fed and grain finished, mRNA-free, fed a non-GMO diet, and raised with no added hormones or antibiotics—so you can feel confident about what you’re serving.
